Gravitec Experts Say: DBI-SALA's Tie-Off Adaptor is an all-purpose anchorage connector. Gravitec prefers this strap because the wear pad lasts much longer than competitor products and it is simple to understand. Just wrap it around your anchor and put the little D-ring through the big one. It is strong enough and comes in many different lengths. Every rigger understands that a basket configuration is stronger than a choker configuration. However, every rigger also knows that not everyone understands sling angles and force vectors, so although basket configurations are stronger, choker arrangements prevent potential for misuse. This anchor strap's choker configuration reduces its strength, but it's overbuilt to compensate for this deficiency. It still maintains 5,000 lbs. of strength in a choker and it is as strong as it is easy to use. Unlike loop slings, it is difficult to misuse this anchor strap.

This anchor is available in 3' and 6' lengths. A 3" wide polyester wear pad adds abrasion resistance and product longevity. Coated steel hardware provide corrosion resistance and strength. This product meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA and ANSI.
