The Extraction Harness from Yates is used by many agency personnel for short haul, rappel and extraction (SPIE) operations. The webbing and hardware are black in color. This harness has two-piece, quick-connect buckles on the legs, waist and sternum. It was redesigned in 2004 to meet FAA TSO approval for use as a short haul harness. This harness comes in one size but is fully adjustable. It is certified to NFPA 1983/2006 edition standards. It also meets ANSI/OSHA Class III and Class II harness standards.
