Gravitec Experts Say: Conventional hard hats provide impact and penetration protection for the top of the head. Bullard's Advent A2 helmet takes protection a step further by providing impact and penetration protection from all directions. Its revolutionary design meets or exceeds current head protection standards including ANSI/ASSE Z89.1-2003, Type II, E and G. It's permanently attached chin strap helps keep it on the user's head during a fall, and the Sure-Lock ratchet headband makes sizing easy and quick and provides a comfortable fit. It has a three-point attached cradle chinstrap with a quick-release buckle and eight-point suspension for stability. It has a thermoplastic outer shell and no rear brim. This is the preferred hardhat for Gravitec's field staff. The cost for this level of protection, however, is in the weight. The Advent A2 is a much heavier hardhat than competitor helmets in the same class, but it's still an excellent choice when working at height.

This helmet is so easy to adjust and incredibly comfortable that it's the popular choice for high-angle rescues. It has a virtually indestructible polycarbonate outer shell and features an EPS foam impact liner for head protection against impacts. The three-point chin strap keeps in securely on your head, even during a fall. The Sure-Lock ratchet suspension system adds dial-in comfort for any head. It weighs 27 oz. and is available in blue, orange, red, white and yellow. One size fits all.
