DBI-SALA's ShockWave2 Shock Absorbing Lanyard is stretchable for complete freedom of movement. This lanyard incorporates a unique inner core that immediately begins to extend and absorb energy during a fall, limiting arresting forces to no more than 900 lbs. This lanyard is also available with an aluminum hook (2-1/4" opening) or a flat steel hook (2-1/2" opening) at one end. It expands to 6' and contracts to 4-1/2' in reaction to your movements to reduce trip fall hazards, dragging and snagging for complete freedom of movement. There are easy-to-use, self-locking snaphooks at both ends. The abrasion-resistant tubular webbing provides durability and longevity. An impact indicator allows the user to visually inspect the unit for a fall. This product meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA and ANSI.
