From basic fall hazard awareness to advanced climbing and rescue techniques, Gravitec has created a range of fall protection and rescue courses that develop workers at height who can effectively deal with fall hazards in their workplaces.
Our training standards meet or exceed the levels mandated by governments and form a key part of any organization's due diligence toward workplace safety. All courses use written examinations and proficiency checks to ensure that each participant has met Gravitec's high standards. This gives employers documented assurance of their workers' qualification to work at height. Click here to view our schedule of open enrollment courses.

Qualified Person Training
Gravitec offers Qualified Fall Protection Person training to professional engineers so they can design effective and practical fall protection systems. Our Qualified Person course is also offered to non-engineers who wish to gain an awareness of the scientific principles or act as Qualified Persons in those aspects of fall protection where professional engineering is not required.
Train-the-Trainer Programs
Gravitec also offers train-the-trainer programs for all industries. These 40-hour courses empower employers to deliver professional in-house fall protection and rescue training to their workers at height. We provide trainers with the resource materials to provide four to 16 hours of instruction covering basic requirements and fall protection and rescue techniques.
It should be noted that our train-the-trainer programs are only one component of a comprehensive managed fall protection program described in ANSI/ASSE Z359.2-2007 (Minimum Requirements for a Comprehensive Managed Fall Protection Program). In accordance with this standard, we believe that every job site should have a Program Administrator, a Competent Person and Authorized Users.
Standards & Accreditation
All of Gravitec's courses meet the Criteria for Accepted Practices in Safety, Health and Environmental Training, the industry's highest standard for training published by the American Society of Safety Engineers (ANSI/ASSE Z490.1-2001). They also meet or exceed requirements set forth in OSHA Subpart M, OSHA 1910, and OSHA 1926.
Gravitec's courses are accredited by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET), allowing us to issue Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Upon completion of most courses, Gravitec issues a wallet certificate with photo identification.
