The Gravitec Training Institute (GTI) is North America’s largest hands-on training facility devoted to fall protection.

In 2007, Gravitec relocated to this newly-constructed building on Bainbridge Island in Washington State. The GTI houses three climbing towers which meet the requirements of the American National Standards Institute and the Canadian Standards Association for testing regulations. The tallest tower reaches nearly 40 feet. Students can test their skills in the warm and dry environment provided by the GTI.

Gravitec also maintain an ANSI- and CSA-compliant drop test tower. This tower features two platforms and a hydraulic pull for fall protection equipment testing. It is linked to a computer which generates test data utilizing computer modeling.

Our offices and classroom occupy a second, adjacent building. Our comfortable, high-tech classroom is equipped with the latest visual technology and a lighted display of the best fall protection equipment available from multiple manufacturers.
